Diagnostic tools and methods for troubleshooting.

Thermo-Calc 2017b, 2017a, 2016b, 2016a, 2015b, 2015a, 4.1, 4.0, 3.1 and 3.0

In order to diagnose your problem, we need information from your Thermo-Calc program.

To access the basic diagnostic information in Thermo-Calc, start the program and select "Show License Info" in the "Help" main menu. Copy the information that is shown in the License Information window. Note that a lot of information may be shown below the initial screen, so make sure you scroll down to the end when you select and copy the window's contents. (Alternatively, you can copy the same information from the console by using the SYS module command DISPLAY_LICENSE_INFO.)
