Greg Olson Prof. Gregory B. Olson received his Doctorate in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT in 1974 and is currently the Walter P. Murphy Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at Northwestern University. He is a co-founder of QuesTek and the developer of QuesTek’s Materials By Design® technology. He serves as the Company’s Chief Science Officer and is internationally recognized as a leader in the design of new materials and a pioneer in the field of Integrated Computational Materials Engineering. He is the author of more than 200 publications and has delivered hundreds of conference presentations world-wide.
John Agren Prof. John Ågren received his Doctorate in Physical Metallurgy from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) Sweden in 1981 and is currently a professor in the Dept. of Materials Science and Engineering at KTH. He is a co-founder of Thermo-Calc Software AB (TCSAB) and one of the developers of Thermo-Calc and DICTRA. He is the chairman of the directory board of TCSAB and is internationally recognized as a leader in the thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of structural changes in materials and a pioneer in the field of Integrated Computational Materials Engineering. He is the author of almost 200 publications and has delivered hundreds of conference presentations world-wide.
Aziz Asphahani
Dr. Aziz Asphahani is the CEO of QuesTek Innovations LLC and previously spent 19 years in the Specialty Metals Industry with Haynes International, where he served as Vice President, General Manager and R&D Director. He holds 8 patents. Dr. Asphahani’s degrees include Diplome Ingenieur-Physics from Ecole Centrale de Paris and a Ph.D. in Materials Science from MIT. Aziz is also a past president of ASM International and past Chair of its Educational Foundations.
Anders Engström
Dr. Anders Engström received his Doctorate in Materials Science and Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in 1996. He is the CEO of Thermo-Calc Software AB, where he has been working since 2001. From 1996 to 2001 he worked for industrial companies and gathered experience about Ni-based superalloys, and also cemented carbides. Dr. Engström’s technical expertise includes advanced thermodynamic calculations and modelling, evaluation and assessment of kinetic data. His past research activities include development of the DICTRATM software, which is widely used software for simulation of diffusion controlled transformations in multicomponent alloy systems.  
Raymond Genellie
Mr. Raymond Genellie is a co-founder of QuesTek Innovations LLC and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 35 years of experience in financial and management positions in both for-profit and not-for-profit businesses. After service in the U.S. Navy, Ray received a Master of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University in 1979 and served as an instructor in the Dept. of Finance. 
Marcus Hugsén
Marcus Hugsén is CFO of the Thermo-Calc Software business group. Marcus holds an MBE from the University of Stockholm.  
Jason Sebastian
Jason T. Sebastian, Ph.D. is the director of QuesTek’s “Technology Group” (which, as of September 2016, includes 12 full-time employees—10 with Ph.D. degrees, and 2 with M.S. degrees). He is a specialist in the fields of computational materials design and nanostructural materials characterization. Since joining QuesTek in 2006, his work has focused on: the development of high strength steels for structural and power transmission applications; precipitation-strengthened cobalt-based alloys; alloys for additive manufacturing; non-toxic, high-strength/low-friction copper-based alloys to replace lead-containing bronzes; a low-cost, castable titanium alloy; a highly-processable nickel-based superalloy; advanced soft magnetic alloys; and other computationally-designed alloys. 
Johan Bratberg
Johan Bratberg, PhD. has successfully served as the Vice President of Thermo-Calc Software AB and Thermo-Calc Software Inc. in the US for more than 6 years. He is also the manager of the Customer Relations department at Thermo-Calc Software AB, which includes responsibility of sales, marketing, sales agents, technical documentation, distributions, customer support, training and more. His technical expertise includes advanced thermodynamic calculations and modelling, evaluation and assessment of thermodynamic data and phase diagrams using Thermo-Calc software, which is widely used software for computational materials design. His past research activities include development of thermodynamic databases for various steels and Ni-based superalloys in close collaboration with many different industrial partners worldwide. That work contained kinetic database development and diffusion modelling of steels and Ni-based systems as well. The past research activities also included extensive experience with advanced characterization techniques including electron microscopy, microprobe, EBSD, DSC and more.
