PATCHES - Free Updates
In this section you can find patches (the latest updated versions for various software and programming interface products) that include improvements and bug-fixes, made after the releases of the new versions.
With a valid license for the corresponding version of a specific software/interface, you can download and install such a patch to get the latest available version of the software.
New updates are available for:
- Thermo-Calc for Windows version 5
- Thermo-Calc Classic version S
- DICTRA version 25
- TC Programming Interfaces (TQ 7, TC API 5 & TC MATLAB Toolbox 5)
Downloading instructions
- Windows
Download the PATCH.exe file and run it on your computer.
- UNIX Binaries are available in compressed formats. Please download, uncompress and substitute the old executable binary file (such as tcs, dictra25) with a downloaded. Note that several versions are available for the different platforms, e.g. both statically and dynamically linked executables.

The collection of files in this site is not complete for all products; so if you have a valid license for a specific software or programming interface of a certain CPU system that is not listed here, please contact TCS for a requested, available patch of the updated version.
