Ordering process

Terms of delivery of purchased products are normally two weeks after acceptance of the purchase order. Delivery is made via airmail shipping to the customers given postal address. Shipment is DDU (delivered duty unpaid) to the customers nearest airport destination acoording to INCOTERMS 2000. Postage and packing is standard export packing and included in purchase price on normal airmail delivery. Alternative terms of delivery, i.e. by certified mail or courier mail, can be made at the customers request. In such cases the additional postage cost is charged to the customer's invoice.

Terms of payment are within 30 days after customer's receipt of invoice. Pre-payment or alternative terms of payment may occur. Permanent license file is issued after full payment has been confirmed.
